When I get suspension work done, do I need to get an alignment?

Details:
Anytime you have work done to your suspension where your factory settings are altered, an alignment is recommended to keep your vehicle pointing straight down the road. However, never align a vehicle immediately after changing suspension parts; instead, wait a few days before aligning to allow your suspension to settle. That way, your alignment is sure to stay true and not change as your suspension settles into use.
